Content provided by the User
Users are responsible for their own and third-party content that they share on The Bridge – TTMT SA sites, by uploading them, inserting content or by any other means. Content rights provided by Users

Use of the Coupon
Unless otherwise stated, the following rules apply to the use of the Coupon.

Services provided by third parties

Subscription by subscription
Payments start from the date on which Users choose a paid subscription subscription plan or modify an existing pay plan. To keep paid services active, the subscription must be renewed at each payment period.
In the event that the User chooses to subscribe, the subscription subscriptions are automatically renewed through the payment method chosen by the User at the time of purchase. Execution of the Order
The Order is executed in the terms specified in the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time the Order Confirmation is sent.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the User must verify the content specifying in the delivery form any anomalies.
In case of non-collection within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in the delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may have occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery to the latter imputable.
Right of withdrawal
In case of purchase of products or services on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is obliged to inform the Holder of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration sent to the contacts indicated.
These provisions do not apply if the User has stipulated the contract in the exercise of his professional activity, or in any case qualifies as a professional.
Effects of withdrawal
If the User withdraws from this contract, he will be reimbursed for all the payments he has made to the Owner, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery standard offered) without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Owner is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the User will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the wise demonstration by the User of having sent back the goods, if earlier.
The User is requested to return the goods and hand them over to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from this contract was communicated. The deadline is met if the User sends back the goods before the 14-day period expires. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User. The User is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Limitations on the right of withdrawal on the products
Damaged or used products are not replaced or refunded, even partially. The User must insert a copy of the received delivery document inside the packaging box.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or are connected to health protection and have been open after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, moreover, to service contracts once execution has begun, to the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been opened after delivery; the provision of services relating to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance; to the supply of digital content (audio, video, mp3) through non-material support, once the performance has begun.
The Bridge – TTMT SA special guarantee
Without prejudice to the clauses relating to the withdrawal and to the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, with the exception of services rendered on subscription, seminars and physical goods subject to shipping (unless otherwise specified in relation to the particular service or product) , the Owner guarantees the User the possibility of obtaining a refund of an amount equal to the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of digital content (eg video courses, tutorials, etc.) carried out on sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA .
This right may be exercised by the User within 30 days of payment of the digital content and once a year.
Subsequently, this refund will be granted at the sole discretion of the Owner.
For any further information on the subject, the User is requested to contact the Owner with the contact information in this document.
The User who purchases as a consumer has the right of guarantee on the products and services purchased within the limits of 24 months from the purchase and under the conditions established by law, provided that the Owner is informed of the defects found, in the same manner scheduled for withdrawal, within 2 months of their discovery.
To exercise the warranty right, the User is required to return the product following the instructions indicated in the specific section of the site or, failing that, by contacting the Owner.
In order to proceed with the purchase of the courses called “STAY HERE ACADEMY”, in whatever manner and duration they are offered, the User is required to accept and sign the special conditions for the supply of said courses, available in the dedicated section of each site made by The Bridge – TTMT SA. In the event of a conflict between the rules referred to in this document and the special conditions dedicated to these courses, the latter will prevail.
Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to the withdrawal and to the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, with regard to registration for live courses, any cancellations or transfers of entry must be received in writing to the firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days before the beginning of the course in the classroom to which the client had confirmed his adhesion by order of purchase of the admission ticket.
Cancellations or transfers outside the 30-day deadline and occurring within 15 days before the start of the course will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid at the time of the purchase order entry.
Cancellations or transfers outside the 15-day deadline before the start of entry do not provide for any form of reimbursement or change of edition.

• rent, fire or sublicense The Bridge – TTMT SA;

Changes to these Terms

The User who continues to use the services offered on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA after the publication of the changes, accepts the new Terms without reserve.
Transfer of the contract
